Delete your account & data

Do you have an account?

Shapedoku is free and guest-first - most players never sign in, and guest progress is stored only on your own device. If you have never signed in with Google or email, there is no account to delete: just open Settings → Reset progress in the app (or uninstall it) to erase your local data.

Request account deletion

If you signed in with Google or email, email [email protected] from (or mentioning) your account email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data - no further action is needed from you.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google / email identity)
• Profile and display name / nickname
• Stats, XP, level, streaks and difficulty records
• Game history and challenge results
• Leaderboard entries tied to your account

Everything linked to your account is removed. We do not retain personal data after deletion.

Guest (local) data

Guest progress never leaves your device unless you sign in. Clear it any time via Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the app.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Backups containing personal data are not retained beyond that period.
