Before you write
Reporting a bug
Tell us whether you were on the web app, the Android app or this website, what you were doing when it happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps enormously. If a puzzle looks unsolvable, include the difficulty and, if you can, the puzzle ID shown on the game screen.
Correcting an article
Found a mistake in a guide? Send the article link and a short note on what is wrong. We check every report against real grids and fix confirmed errors quickly. See our editorial policy for how we handle corrections.
Your account and data
You can delete your account and synced progress yourself from the delete account page. For any other data request, email us from the address linked to your account.
