Welcome to Shapedoku. By playing the game or using this website you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and in plain language.
The service
Shapedoku is a free puzzle game and website provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance.
Playing as a guest or with an account
You can play as a guest with no account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. You may stop using the service at any time, and you can request account deletion from the in-app settings or the delete account page.
Acceptable use
Please use Shapedoku fairly. Do not try to disrupt the service, abuse the leaderboards with fake scores, reverse engineer the app for harmful purposes, or use it to break any law. We may limit or end access for behavior that harms other players or the service.
Ads and third-party services
Shapedoku may show ads and use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Shapedoku name, logo, artwork and original content are ours. Sudoku as a puzzle concept is not owned by anyone, but the specific design, code and branding of Shapedoku are protected. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
No warranty
Shapedoku is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and enjoyable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shapedoku and its creators are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game or website. It is a puzzle game, and you play it at your own discretion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Shapedoku after a change means you accept the updated terms.
