How XP and Levels Work in Shapedoku
Every puzzle you finish in Shapedoku earns experience, and that experience adds up into levels and titles. Here is how the progression works and how to climb faster.
Earning experience
You gain experience points, or XP, for completing puzzles. Harder difficulties are worth more, since Extreme asks far more of you than Easy. Challenges, daily puzzles and clean solves add bonuses on top, so how you win matters as much as that you won.
Levels and titles
As your total XP grows you rise through levels, and each band of levels carries a title, from Beginner up through Master and beyond. Your level and title show on the main menu and travel with your account, so progress you make on one device follows you to the next when you sign in.
How to climb faster
- Play a little higher than your comfort zone, since harder wins are worth more XP.
- Keep a daily challenge streak, which rewards you for showing up.
- Aim for clean solves, since finishing without mistakes or hints earns bonuses.
- Try the challenge modes, which offer their own rewards on top of a normal win.
Progression that respects you
Levels in Shapedoku are there to mark your journey, not to gate the game behind grind. Everything is playable from the start. The XP and titles simply give your steady practice a satisfying shape to look back on.
